Your Membership Includes
A monthly theme that highlights a physical and either mental/emotional/energetic/spiritual/philosophical aspect to add depth to your practice and life.
Weekly, 60-minute, slow-flow yoga classes. These classes are geared toward the female body and breathwork, mobility, strength, stability work, and meditaiton.
Monthly Full Moon Calls to learn cyclical living practices, to connect with other members, and to ask questions. These calls will be near the full moon and organically tailored to include meditation, journaling, breathwork, or discussion. Recordings will be available.
Calls are live via Zoom and recorded so you can take them as often as you’d like and are flexible if you miss a live class.
A done-for-you calendar with our meeting times for an easy sync via Google Calendar or iCal so that you can block off the time for yourself. Calendar includes new and full moon dates too.
