The original plan was to send a daily voice note only to message to my Return to Group Core members to give them a taste of Moon Club. Then while sweating it out on the stepper during my waxing moon - spring - follicular stage of my cycle I got the idea 💡 to send it to my whole community - YOU!

Moon Club starts Feb. 27

Moon Club will walk you through following a moon cycle and tips for integrating this practice each day. You’ll learn more about yourself and your body not just by taking in information, but by observing, reflecting, and bringing more awareness to your body, emotions, energy, and heart.

This experience includes:

  • Weekly lessons with practical guidance on how to work with the energy of each moon phase. There will also be a discussion on how to link this with your cycle.
